Seddon direct aim to provide an effective, competent and precise delivery service of all goods ordered by our customers. Our selected freight partners will always endeavour to deliver the goods to you in perfect condition. Any items missing or damaged must be notified to the driver at the time of delivery. Deliveries will only be made to the cardholder address and must be signed for by the customer at that address. The Products will be your responsibility from the time of delivery

Delivery details & charges

• Order before 3pm and we will deliver your order the next working day (Monday - Friday) on all in-stock items. Please note deliveries to Scottish Highlands and Grampian region 2-3 days
• There will be no pre-advising of delivery unless your items are currently unavailable in which case we will phone you to arrange an alternative delivery date or your option to cancel the order
• Orders placed after 3pm will be delivered the working day following e.g. orders placed after 3pm on Tuesday will be delivered to you on the Thursday etc…
• Weekend orders will be delivered on the Tuesday following (unless placed upon Bank Holidays)
• Seddon direct is pleased to offer free next day delivery on any orders exceeding £50.00 (including VAT) to mainland UK only.
• Any orders with a value under £50.00 (inc. VAT) will be subject to a delivery charge of £8.50 (inc. VAT)
• Unfortunately, we do not deliver to The Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Channel Islands, The Isle of Wight and any countries outside of mainland UK.
