Seddon direct aim to provide an effective, competent and precise delivery service of all goods ordered by our customers.
Our selected freight partners will always endeavour to deliver the goods to you in perfect condition. Any items missing or damaged must be notified to the driver at the time of delivery.
Deliveries will only be made to the cardholder address and must be signed for by the customer at that address.
The Products will be your responsibility from the time of delivery
Delivery details & charges
• Order before 3pm and we will deliver your order the next working day (Monday - Friday) on all in-stock items. Please note deliveries to Scottish Highlands and Grampian region 2-3 days
• There will be no pre-advising of delivery unless your items are currently unavailable in which case we will phone you to arrange an alternative delivery date or your option to cancel the order
• Orders placed after 3pm will be delivered the working day following e.g. orders placed after 3pm on Tuesday will be delivered to you on the Thursday etc…
• Weekend orders will be delivered on the Tuesday following (unless placed upon Bank Holidays)
• Seddon direct is pleased to offer free next day delivery on any orders exceeding £50.00 (including VAT) to mainland UK only.
• Any orders with a value under £50.00 (inc. VAT) will be subject to a delivery charge of £8.50 (inc. VAT)
• Unfortunately, we do not deliver to The Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Channel Islands, The Isle of Wight and any countries outside of mainland UK.
• Geographical supplements will apply to deliveries to all the following postcodes and please note deliveries to Scottish Highlands and Grampian region 2-3 days;

Grampian - £13.50 (inc. VAT)

• These additional charges will be added to your order at the checkout if your order falls under these postcode categories.
Returns
For any reason you claim that the Product is defective please notify seddon direct immediately, providing us with your order reference number and the product details. email sales@seddondirect.co.uk or phone our customer service team on 0845 2304864.
We will then arrange for collection of the item by our freight partners
You must return the item in its original condition, including packaging and obtain proof of return from the driver.
We will examine the returned Product and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time.
We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund for the defective Product.
Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the cost incurred by you returning the item to us.
We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
